Some argue that there are more cases being diagnosed though because women are doing self exams and doctors know what to watch for. The topic has lead to quite a bit of research over the past couple of years. Less than 50 years ago only 1 in every 20 women was diagnosed with it. Now the statistics show that 1 in 7 women are diagnosed with it. What many doctors believe though is that in the past we didn&#8217;t have the technology or the knowledge so many cases of breast cancer went undiagnosed.Some of the facts are very interesting. For example it is believed that women that wear bras are more likely to develop breast cancer than those that don&#8217;t. This is because women that wear a bra all the time restrict the movement of the breasts. It is believed it is this limited movement that can allow breast cancer to increase. Since many women work long shifts and even sleep in their bras it can increase the risk for them.There is other research to indicate women that breast feed and that exercise on a regular basis are less likely to develop breast cancer. This is due to the fact that such activities help to stimulate the mammary glands. The fact that more women are in the workforce today than in the past though has lead to many of them passing up breast feeding for very nutritious formulas. It is also no secret that most women don&#8217;t get the level of exercise that they should on a regular basis.It is definitely believed that the increase of free radicals and chemicals in our environment has lead to an increase in breast cancer. While it can be genetic in nature, for many women there is no family history of breast cancer. They are healthy in all other ways and they do eat right as well as exercise. Therefore the theory is that the fall into a category of individuals that are diagnosed with breast cancer due to that is released into their environment.It may surprise you to find out that many things around us can be linked to causing breast cancer. They include pesticides and herbicides that are often used to promote the growth of the foods we consume. It is believed that some ingredients in cosmetics, anti aging creams, and even weight loss products can result in breast cancer developing. Since so many women continue to use such products that certainly is believed to be part of the reason why breast cancer is increasing.While there is still more research that has to be conducted, there certainly are plenty of indicators that show breast cancer is on the increase. It is important to take note of the reasons behind this so that women can strive to reduce their own risks.</p>

When we are young, we do not feel the effect of not taking care of our heath, but as we grow old, the side effects of not taking a good care of our health become prominent. If we follow few simple steps regularly from an early age, it will help us to grow old gracefully without any health related disorders.</p>
<p>One of the key factors needed in keeping oneself healthy is &#8216;motivation&#8217;. We have to encourage ourselves to maintain a healthy diet and exercise on a regular basis. There is no guarantee that by adopting a healthy lifestyle you will live longer; but it will definitely lead you towards a healthy and happy life. Instead of sitting in front of the TV or playing games on the PC, we must participate in outdoor gaming activities with the help of home medical equipment or durable medical equipment. No matter how good or bad we are at those games, we should participate in them regularly. Activities like cycling, swimming, jogging etc. are important physical activities and, which many of us practice regularly; but participating in outdoor games will make us more focus oriented.</p>
<p>If we are healthy, we will think in a positive way. A healthy and fit person is always confident. We must set a goal for ourselves, and as we proceed towards that goal, automatically our confidence will boost too. Working out regularly under the guidance of any professional trainer is certainly one of the best ways to stay fit. Only dieting is not the solution; however, we should grow a healthy eating habit too.</p>
<p>One of the biggest threats to a healthy person&#8217;s life is stress. We life a fast lifestyle; we have problems in both our personal and professional lives. Stress hampers the mental peace of a person and if we are not mentally healthy, our bodies can never be. We cannot ignore stress; only we can carefully tackle it. E.g. a short break of 30 minutes during a hectic work schedule can help us to relax and feel fresh. Such regular breaks are needed in personal lives and relationships. We all need to spend some time with ourselves, alone.</p>
<p>Living a healthy life is not at all times easy. However, with little effort from our side, we can make our lives worth living. Regular exercises, participation in sports, which involves physical activities, cycling, swimming etc. can do magic for you. We also need to build a healthy eating habit from the early stage of our lives; and food should be taken at a proper time. A healthy person always eats, sleeps, works, plays, rests at the proper time. Give some time to yourself when you are young, you will definitely be repaid at the later stage.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We all know that eating healthy and getting exercise helps us to keep our bodies healthy, but the Alzheimer&#8217;s Association states that eating right and getting some exercise can help keep out brain functions intact. That is good news for those that are getting up in years.</p>
<p>The research showed that healthy eating and moderate physical activity helped to keep mental functioning higher that those that did not eat healthy or get exercise. Oddly enough, people who did strenuous activity did not do quite as well as those that did only moderate exercise. This could not be explained except to say that those who did strenuous activity were more likely to be tired when they were tested.</p>
<p>According to a University of Utah study, monkeys were tested for cognitive abilities. Exercise was not a consideration. When monkey subjects were given healthy eating diets, as well as intake of fewer calories, they not only performed better on tests of cognitive ability, but also maintained a much younger physical make-up. A doctor who actually worked with humans that had lowered caloric intakes said that their hearts were that of individual 15 or 16 years younger.</p>
<p>So, it appears that we not only need to get on a healthy diet, but also eat less of what is healthy. One suggestion for eating healthier foods is to not expect to like some foods the first time that you eat them. In other words, you might have to get used to eating different types of food by eating them over and over until you just give up-OKAY, I LIKE THEM ALREADY! That seems to me like  wearing shoes that hurt your feet, after a while you just get used to the pain. I do believe that there are many foods out there that are really tasty and are good for you too. There are so many recipes for so many things that I can&#8217;t see having to &#8220;get used to&#8221; new and healthy foods.</p>
<p>I lost over 40 pounds over 35 years ago and have kept it off through watching what I eat and getting a lot of exercise. Lifestyle change, even minimal, will help a great deal in overcoming many weight challenges.  Making the effort to eat correctly and get the exercise that we know is good for us is always a challenge, but it is well worth the effort in the long run. Don&#8217;t wait until your doctor tells you that you MUST change or you will be dead within the year. As the saying goes &#8211; &#8220;There is no time like the present&#8221;. Start today. Do a little at a time and slowly work up to a more vigorous program. Make a personal oath to not have that second helping at supper, or to walk for 10 minutes each day. You will soon begin see the changes that you are looking for, and it will seem much easier than you originally thought.</p>

These aspects are: * The physical look * The emotional well-being * The psychological personaAmong all of these, the physical look are the main concern of most women because it involves their outside appearance and most women like to look good and feel beautiful on the outside. Staying Physically Fit Staying healthy and physically fit at any age begins just by eating the right kind of food, maintaining the proper body weight, and doing a regular schedule of physical fitness. Cancer risks are greatly prevented once a healthy diet and proper exercise routine is followed. Aside from the cancer threat, heart disease risks are also minimized. In order to stay healthy and fit, women must always do the following. * Have regular visits to their gynecologists. They should have annual visits once they turn 18 and have annual Pap smears. Pap smear is a screening tool for cancer. * Women must also have mammograms in order to check the health of their breasts. * Take calcium supplements. This can prevent almost all pre-menstrual symptoms and osteoporosis after menopause. Calcium also strengthens the teeth so that you can have a healthier smile. * Also take folic acid to reduce any birth defects, especially when women are pregnant. Pregnant women must live healthy because they are always in a risky situation. They not only put their life at danger, but the baby&#8217;s life too. * Take vitamin E every day to protect the cardiovascular and immune system. This can also improve the skin and make it shine each day. Women who take vitamin E every day are always glowing with life. * Prevent and reduce stress. As much as possible, don&#8217;t let stress from work or any personal problems overtake you and never ever let it turn into a depression. * Regularly make visits to the dentist to maintain healthy teeth and a beautiful smile. Optimum oral health should always be maintained. You do not want to develop halitosis. * Exercise daily for at least 20 minutes. A nice walk will always do and insert this in your daily routine. Walk instead of using the car if it&#8217;s just a short distance to where you are going. * Drink several glasses of water a day to rehydrate the skin and flush out any impurities. Add more glasses if the day is hot to refurbish the moisture lost through sweating. * Follow a healthy eating lifestyle and strictly stick to it. * Sleep well each night.</p>

One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love.Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment. When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said, &#8220;Richness, can you take me with you?&#8221; Richness answered, &#8220;No, I can&#8217;t. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you.&#8221;Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. &#8220;Vanity, please help me!&#8221;"I can&#8217;t help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat,&#8221; Vanity answered.Sadness was close by so Love asked, &#8220;Sadness, let me go with you.&#8221;"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!&#8221;Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.Suddenly, there was a voice, &#8220;Come, Love, I will take you.&#8221; It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. Realizing how much was owed the elder,Love asked Knowledge, another elder, &#8220;Who Helped me?&#8221;"It was Time,&#8221; Knowledge answered.&#8221;Time?&#8221; asked Love. &#8220;But why did Time help me?&#8221;Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, &#8220;Because only Time iscapable of understanding how valuable Love is.&#8221;</p>
